It is believed that if you do something for 21 days it becomes a habit. The brothers of Gamma Phi Delta Christian Fraternity, Inc. hope to develop a habit of living healthy. Join us as we commit to working out together and eating healthy for 21 days straight and endeavor to educate our peers.

With health workshops and seminars and fundraising events for the Prostate Cancer Foundation.
